Convenient
Join from home, the office, or anywhere private. No commute, no parking, no waiting room.
Therapy from the comfort, privacy, and convenience of your own space — for people who want support but struggle to find time to come to an office.

Telehealth means meeting with your therapist from home, the office, or anywhere private enough for a real conversation. It's the same evidence-based care we offer in person — just without the drive.
Many clients find that being in their own space lets them open up faster. Others use telehealth selectively — in person when they can, online during a busy week. Either pattern works.
From a private space on your computer, tablet, or phone. We'll send you the link and a short walkthrough before your first session.
A simple holding screen at your scheduled time. No app to install, no setup the day-of.
Same length, same structure, same care. Just on the screen instead of across the office.
Join from home, the office, or anywhere private. No commute, no parking, no waiting room.
Recover the hour you used to spend driving. That's often the difference between starting and not.
Save on travel and often childcare. Most insurance covers online sessions the same as in-office visits.
No leaving home, no parking-lot conversations. The session belongs to your space.
State licensing requires that you're physically located in Kentucky when we meet via telehealth — even if your therapist would otherwise be able to see you. If you travel often, mention it at intake and we'll make a plan.
Some of our clinicians are licensed for telehealth in Ohio, Florida, and other PSYPACT participating states (43 states total). Verify with the individual provider — our intake team can confirm coverage for your state.
Most clinicians offer both in-person and telehealth. Our intake team matches you to the right therapist — you can re-match anytime.
If a drive to the office is the thing keeping you from starting, this is the version that fits your life.
