About Andrea
Andrea Schultz-Duncan, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist in Kentucky providing therapeutic and assessment services to individuals throughout the lifespan. She specializes in the treatment of adults who experience acute and chronic medical conditions or chronic physical pain due to illness or injury. While her training and experience have focused largely on health psychology, she also works with clients experiencing depression and anxiety, or working through concerns related to relationships, communication (personal and professional), identity, and sexual health. She uses an integrative model, often drawing on REBT, CBT, and Solution-Focused approaches.
Dr. Schultz-Duncan completed her B.A. in Psychology (minor in Mental Health and Human Services) at Northern Kentucky University (Magna Cum Laude), and earned her Master's and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology from the University of Indianapolis. After her predoctoral internship at St. James Hospital (Olympia Fields and Chicago Heights, Illinois) she completed postdoctoral training at Viewpoint. She has been an adjunct faculty member at the University of Cincinnati – Clermont College since 2013. She is fully licensed in Kentucky and Ohio and holds APIT designation for PSYPACT states. She is the Director of Viewpoint's CES (Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation) Clinic, used for treatment of anxiety, depression, and/or insomnia.
