What we charge, which insurance plans we accept, and how the Good Faith Estimate process works if you're paying privately.

Accepted insurance
Most therapy appointments are covered under accepted insurance plans. We are in-network with most major carriers, including:
- Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Health Care
- Humana
- CHA
- Healthspan
- Custom Design Benefits
- Medical Mutual
Some of our providers also accept Medicare. Participation varies by clinician — not every therapist is in-network with every plan, and some providers are private pay only. Please call our office to confirm coverage before scheduling.
We do not accept Coventry Care or Medicaid. Patients with these plans will need to pay privately for services.
What you're responsible for
- Call our office before scheduling so we can verify your coverage and match you with an in-network clinician.
- Pay copays or applicable deductibles at the time of service.
- Monitor your own insurance benefits and any plan changes throughout the year.
- Notify our office of any insurance changes before your appointment. If we aren't notified, you may be responsible for the full fee.
Fees for services.
Our 2026 fee schedule covers therapy, assessment, and consultation services. Reach out to our office if you'd like a quote tailored to a specific service or provider.
Good faith estimate.
This notice applies to clients who are not using health insurance for services.
Under the No Surprises Act, effective January 2022, you have the right to receive a written “Good Faith Estimate” of the expected out-of-pocket cost for any non-emergency services. Whenever you schedule an initial appointment with our office, we share upfront cost information so there are no surprises.
Estimates are based on each provider's published hourly rate. You can request a written estimate before scheduling or at any point during the course of your care.
If your final bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
