About Kirsten
Dr. Wilson is a post-doctoral/temporarily licensed psychologist with a strong interest in psychological and forensic assessment across the lifespan. She is committed to thoughtful, empirically grounded evaluation of complex clinical and psycho-legal referral questions, using a wide array of instruments assessing personality, intellectual/cognitive abilities, adaptive functioning, academic achievement, and forensic constructs. She integrates multimethod data to produce clear, defensible, clinically meaningful conclusions, and also provides individual and group psychotherapy with an appreciation for CBT-informed approaches.
Dr. Wilson earned her Psy.D. in 2025 from the University of Indianapolis. Her training spanned correctional facilities, state psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient settings. She has conducted evaluations for diagnostic clarification, competence to stand trial, criminal responsibility, violence risk, and psychosexual risk, as well as Autism Spectrum Disorder and psychoeducational assessments, including Child Hearsay matters and Department of Child Services referrals. She completed her predoctoral internship at Arkansas State Hospital, conducting psychological and forensic evaluations, receiving expert-witness-testimony training, and providing therapy to justice-involved adults and adolescents. She is dedicated to ethical, culturally responsive practice.
