A research-backed program shown to improve working memory in kids and adults with attention difficulties — done at home, with weekly coaching.
Working memory is the brain's capacity to hold one idea or problem in mind while working on another aspect of the same problem. For people who struggle with attention — particularly with ADHD — improving working memory directly improves the ability to focus, plan, and finish.
CogMed is a research-backed training program designed to do exactly that. It's done at home on a computer or tablet, on a structured schedule, with a CogMed coach checking in weekly to adjust the plan as you go.

Complete training sessions on a computer or tablet. The program is structured but flexible — you fit it into your week.
Each session runs 25–50 minutes. Long enough to push working memory, short enough to fit into a school night or a work-from-home break.
Most people complete the program in 5–13 weeks. Weekly coaching calls keep the plan tuned to how you're actually progressing.
We'll talk through your goals — for yourself or your child — and whether this program is the right next step.
